Behind the survey
The user satisfaction survey was sent out to a sample of AAU's staff and students in the fall of 2022. When the survey closed, the response rate ended up at 30%, which is the highest in the 6 years that we have sent out a user satisfaction survey at AAU.
- "We are incredibly happy about this, because the more feedback we get, the better we can target our IT services and support", says Lisbeth Juel Andersen, project manager of the user satisfaction survey.
The overall satisfaction
BTU2022 provides an overall insight into user satisfaction with the IT services offered at AAU among staff and students through the question "How satisfied are you overall with the IT services offered at AAU?".
In 2021, 82% said they were satisfied or very satisfied. In the 2022 survey, we see a slight increase, with 84% responding that they are satisfied or very satisfied.
IT Operations and Support Manager Per Bach stated about the survey:
- "We are very pleased with the positive feedback and especially the specific comments on the various services that staff and students have provided in the survey. They help us get a more nuanced picture of the users' experience of the IT service offered, and it can help us identify challenges that we can usefully work to solve."
